Our comprehensive training courses focus on engagement and interaction above all else. Documents can be custom made per our clients request. We would start off with a meeting to determine what your organization requirements and/ or needs are. Once we determine that we will create an outline and submit for approval. Once approved the program or policy will be created and a hard copy will be sent out as well as a digital copy.  ECS provides various internal support  services across all organizations. ECS's Disaster recovery support team consist of well experienced and qualified safety professionals that have been involved in recovery operations that consist of BP oil spill operations, multiple hurricane recovery operations and devastating fires that span across the united states. ECS provides a variety of site inspections for every business. These compliance based inspections identify hazards that put your employees at risk each day. These inspections can be performed in any environment such as; Construction sites, office buildings, vessel inspections and Fabrication shops, to name a few. ECS can also perform customized industry based inspections, such as EM 385 1-1 inspections. ECS also specializes in Human Performance Observations which is proven to help identify behaviors and reduce events from occurring in the workplace. 

SMS audits consist of a review on your current program and contents, preparing a comprehensive report of our findings which will include a gap analysis, and provide a report of recommended  corrective actions. ECS can also provide support to corrective any noted gaps in SMS.
